Joint CATS-NIPC Committee   
 

This page includes the final report of the joint CATS-NIPC coordinating committee issued on June 9, 2005.  The committee contributed substantially to state legislation that calls for creation of a new Regional Planning Board.  Having passed unanimously in both the House and Senate, it awaits the Governor's signature as of June 17, 2005.  See related news coverage on the NIPC News page.
