**The Chicago SMSA is no longer recognized as a standard Chicago metropolitan area,
 but was in use until the 1980 Census.  It consisted of the six counties
(Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry, and Will) that still define NIPC's service area.

Note: PDF is an Adobe Acrobat file format which can be opened with the Adobe Acrobat Reader
available for free from the Adobe web site.  These PDF files are best viewed
using version 5 of the Reader, although they still open in earlier versions.

Important note:  If your Profile PDF file prints out large black pools of ink instead of user notes and tables,
