The Village of Manhattan has requested the transfer of 1,503 acres of non-FPA land into the Manhattan FPA. The Commission seeks comments regarding the relationship of the requested amendment to its “Procedures and Criteria for Proposed FPA expansions Affecting Identified Agricultural Preservation Areas,” "Criteria for Facility Plan Amendments to the Areawide Water Quality Management Plan," and other adopted plans and policies of the Commission.

Testimony submitted in writing on or before 5:00 PM, Tuesday, November 23, 2004 also will be made part of the hearing record. No additional testimony either verbal or written, will be accepted after the close of the hearing record or at subsequent Committee or Commission meetings.
