New Visitor Security Measures

Effective October 1, 2001, the management of the 222 South Riverside Building has instituted security measures that will affect your visit to NIPC's office.

All visitors will be required to enter through the Adams Street (front) entrance or through the north Canal Street entrance from Union Station. The Jackson Street entrance will be closed. You must check in with a guard. If you are on a daily list provided by NIPC to the guard, you will be given a visitor's pass and allowed access to the elevator to our office on the 18th floor. If you are an unannounced visitor, you will be asked to provide photo identification and your belongings will be searched before you are provided with a visitor's pass.

Please understand that we will do our best to make it as easy as possible for you to access our offices, and that advance notice of your visit to us will be your best assurance for a smooth entry.
